On the My Rewards Network home screen, locate the Events and Specials section, then click on “Manage messages,” which will take you the Events and Specials page.
Locate the “Edit Current Message” section and type your new Events and Specials message in the gray box below.
Events and Specials messages may contain up to 280 characters. URLs and email addresses are allowed, however certain words that are closely affiliated with our loyalty partners, such as their program name or currency (points, miles, etc.) are not. Our system will check to make sure messages don’t include any words or phrases associated with our partners, as well as any potentially inappropriate words, such as foul language. If you enter a word our system flags as potentially problematic, you’ll receive an error message. We reserve the right to remove any posts based on their content. Once you’re satisfied with the message you’ve created, click the “Save” button.
All Events and Specials messages will expire after two weeks. You can edit or delete messages at any point during that time. If you edit an existing message, the two-week time limit will reset. You’ll receive an email three days before an Events and Specials message is due to expire to remind you to update it or post a new message.
To edit a message, click on the “Edit” button.
If you wish to delete an existing message prior to the end of the two-week time limit, click on the “Delete” button.
If you have multiple locations and want to post, edit, or delete an Events and Specials message for a different location, click on the “Change location” link below your restaurant’s name and address.
Next, click on the location for which you would like to post, edit, or delete a message.
You can now create a new message, or edit or delete an existing one, for this location.
